On macOS before Catalina 10.15, if one had photoshop cc installed, but not bridge and in photoshop went to File>Browse in Bridge the Creative Cloud Desktop Application would open and offer to install Bridge. Now in Catalina it just displays a Program Error message.

Thanks. This is a cross platform issue with the Creative Cloud desktop app. We're investigating this issue. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and manually install Bridge to avoid the error.
