P: Colors in layers go out of wack and start pixelating when I draw

This has been happening ever since I started using Photoshop 2019 instead of 2018. Sometimes when I am drawing on a layer it will pixelate and go out of wack, then the colors will get darker or lighter, then if I reset the layer it disappears but this happens out of nowhere. This makes it very difficult to draw at times.

Thank you for reporting this to us. We're sorry about the difficulty you're enduring. We do have engineering fixing a similar issue right now. Does enabling Preferences -> Performance -> Legacy Compositing help resolve your issue? Please let me know if that does or does not help. Thanks!

Hi Chris, can you try going to Preferences > Performance... and check "Legacy Compositing" and restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

If so, it may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.
