Mine is a different issue of sorts... I have Adobe CS 5.5 Master Collection. my one year old iMac updated the system to Mojave... now Photoshop will not work if I try to click on the picture I am working on... it just drops off, shows me all this code that goes to Apple, then I have to reopen only to have it do it all over again. I come to Adobe, thinking worse case scenario, just buy any updated version of Photoshop only to find out that will never be an option.... so I either pay $20 a month for the rest of my life OR... I guess I have to call Apple and get them to put me back on Sierra. I have lost a whole weekend trying to update.... and I have photo jobs lined up ... clients will not be happy... is there any way that Adobe can develop a patch or something I can download to make Photoshop compatible with Mojave?? I am running out of time.
In Photoshop, you could try going into Preferences > Plug-ins and uncheck "Load Extension Panels" and restart Photoshop. My best guess looking at the crash log is that the extension panels are causing the problem.

Bridge CC 2019 crashes often on my Mac running Mojave. It is very common for me to come back to my computer, after leaving Bridge open but not active, to find that it has shut down and generated a crash report.
