P: CS6: "Copy CSS" doesn't create the right text-shadow for the text

I have a text layer with a layer effect defining a shadow. This shadow is set to white with 25% opacity.

Now I choose "Copy CSS". I would expect the code to say something like "rgba(255,255,255,0.25)", but instead the output is "rgb(255,255,255)" – or, a solid white color.

If this tools is supposed to be useful to designers and front end developers, this needs to be fixed in order to be a tool and not just a gimmick.

With Edge, Adobe is moving forward, but if Photoshop relies on RGB and not RGBA for the export, is not a step in the right direction.
