P: Export As... dialog changes my pixel dimensions on its own

When I am exporting an image using the Export As dialog, and I enter 200px for the width, it will sometimes automatically change to something else when I tab out (e.g. 196 or 197). My guess is that this has something to do with Photoshop translating my pixel input into a percentage with a limited number of decimal positions, but this is ridiculous. I need to be able to export my image to exact pixel dimensions and Photoshop should be able to do that.

Hello, it's strange...

Are you on 23.0.1, it is the new export as (the one with a version number next tot he cancel and export buttons), or the legacy one (enabled from Photoshop/preferences/export)?

Are you only changing one parameter? The width might change if you also then adjust the height, as the proportion between the two is fixed...

This is in Photoshop 23.0.0, using the Legacy Export As. Unfortunately the new Export As has removed the ability to specify a JPEG quality percentage so I need to use the Legacy Export As.

The image is square, so it's not an issue of height vs width and constrained proportions.

I did check and this issue does not happen in the new Export As. Now if only we could add the percentage back into the new Export As instead of the weird abstract quality settings no one asked for (why is "Great" better than "Excellent" btw?)
