P: Eye dropper sampling ring missing

In V22.0.1 the eyedropper sampling ring is missing. Toggling the checkbox in teh options bar does nothing.

 

Resetting preferences does not resolve.

 

Windows 10 v20H2  and NVidia RTX2080ti driver 456.71

 

The tool works correctly in v21 and earlier on the same system

Doesn't matter what my preferences are. There simply is no color picker wheel--or anything else--when I pick a color with the dropper. This seems to be a new problem after the update.

Running macOS 10.15.7 on a 16" Macbook Pro.

The ring for the Eyedropper tool also works correctly in v22.0.0, but not in v22.0.1.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

2.9 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

The tool worked correctly on the same system in 22.0.0 several moments before doing the update, then the ring was missing immediately after the update in 22.0.1.

EDIT

I have just now updated my iMac from 22.0.0 to 22.0.1 and the eyedropper sampler ring is now missing there as well.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. HUD worked just fine until I updated to the latest version.

Working on a windows machine.

Using the most up to date NVIDIA driver.

I also have problems with the filters in the gallery  recognizing the color gradients.

Ahhh.. I must check this ASAP! I installed both Big Sur on my iMac and MBP and the MBP is fine while the iMac is not. Thanks - I will look at versions...

Vary Brush hardness works fine but the HUD color Picker does NOT work! The Brush Preview color is not showing while adjusting size/hardness.

Same on OSX 10.14.6. No red preview color, so no way to visually judge the hardness of the brush.

Kudo's Adobe. I'll stick with CC 2019 for now.

The same here!!!

My PSD Do not show color picker on the pointer (whit the command cmd+alt+ctrl and click)) and the size and the transparency (red dot) 

It's impossible to draw and colorize illustrations with this issue...

Please, I don't finish my work with this issues!!! what's happened!!!

I change the preferences render target graphics and do not solve the issue

PLEASE SOLVE THIS!!

Can't invoke HUD picker with ctrl+option+command. GPU is on.

It was working fine until I upgraded to PS 22.0.1 this morning.

MacBook Pro 15" (2016)

Radeon Pro 460 4 GB

16 GB RAM

I updated to 20.0.1 and I immediately noticed that the "Eyedropper Sample Ring" was not working. I have restarted in Safe Mode and it still does not work, I have rebooted my MacBook Pro and have did everything else I have read and it still does not work. 

Can someone please assist me from Adobe, I am a paying customer and deserve to be attended to. This has been a few days since this began.

Yesterday while doing a digital painting, I ran in 1 issue that could be connected to the other ones I'm going to mention:
- Color picker not showing sample ring when holding ALT and when using the eye dropper tool;

- HUD Color picker not showing up when holding Ctrl+ALT+Right Click;

- Mouse size red dot not showing when holding ALT+Right Click; Shape of the brush does (show up), so that's fine at least. However if the engineering team could look into fixing the aforementioned issues, it would really be appreciated as they play an important part of the workflow for a lot of painters. Thank you in advance and stay safe!

Running latest PS CC version 22.0.1 on Windows 10.

Yes, there are several issues in 2021 edition, this being one of them. I have the same problem on a Windows 10 system.
The other issue is the missing red preview overlay in the brush tip, wenn you resize brush or want to set hardness ...
That was adressed here: https://feedback.photoshop.com/conversations/photoshop/photoshop-no-red-preview-when-changing-brush-...

Would be nice to have a feedback from adobe on this color wheel issue as well.

This is an issue that can be reproduced on any OS. Also under Windows 10 with Adobe supported Radeon R9-series graphics card on board with latest driver (Nov, 13 2020).
