P: Fill bucket applies scripted patterns after using fill dialog

If you use edit > Fill and select a scripted pattern (i.e. Tree) the tree dialogue will appear. You can make a tree or cancel, whatever.

Then choose the fill bucket (Or wait until you forget you did the scripted pattens thing) and change from filling with a colour to filling with a pattern in the top toolbar. Choose your favourite pattern and click to fill. Hello again tree dialogue! (Now if you forget the scripted patterns step you can spend time trying to work out why the tre thing is popping up and where to disable it).

It would make more sense to have 'scripted pattern' as a drop-down in the foreground/pattern box on the bucket toolbar, or even just ignore it as a option for the paint-bucket then have the option tucked away as it is yet still effecting things.

Edit: This is Photoshop 14.2.1 on Mac 10.9.2
