P: Get Rid of Filepath in Recent Items List

Why does Photoshop CC2014 now show the complete filepath instead of the file name? I hate this! Please give us the ability to change it to how we like it...as for me, file name only!

Should be fixed in the 2014.2.2 update. Choose Help>Updates... to install.

I think I just found the cause of that. And fixed it.
