P: June Photoshop on iPad v6.3 crashes at launch after update

Hi there, this is also happening to me and it is truly unacceptable. I have lost clients beacuse of this and this is not the right way to treat paying customers, to not give us answers and take over 2 weeks to fix a catastrophic bug. Very dissapointed.

I'm in the same situation as you and have been actively sending information and asking for responses from two different "Adobe Employees" you see posting in this thread. One being Fran Roig (email removed by moderator). Her last response was virtually the same as what she posted here about them magically finding the problem, and how we their paying customers will simply have to wait for an upcoming software update release instead of them pushing it out to their clients immediately. If you or any other paying Adobe clients out there want to have their voice be heard on how you may feel after already waiting 2 weeks for a solution for what is now an undisclosed amount of time for this "update" I suggest you contact her directly at (email removed by moderator) because now its only the loud, semi obnoxious, squeeky wheel that actually gets the grease when it comes to Adobe customer support.

Very frustrating! I'm at my job here in Norway and depend on Photoshop which hasn't worked for many days now. Can you (Adobe) send out an update to the previous version?

Following up on our earlier message — we have a tentative fix for this issue.

We’re currently verifying it internally to ensure it safely resolves the problem. If all goes well, the fix will be included in an upcoming release soon.

Photoshop v6.3.1 is now available on the Appstore addressing the top crashes reported here. (Open the Photoshop app page to force the update to appear)

Hey I have managed to get this to work on my 7th gen iPad by uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop. However my most recent file wasn't saved ! Wondering if there's any way of getting this back ?
