I've found another bug with navigator. When you have zoomed image and you drag it doooown dooown doown, it goes crazy and you end up on left side of image. Example here http://www.screenr.com/itKN (screenr didnt want to capture movement of hand when pressed and dragged navigator :), so ...)

This was fixed a while ago. Should work correctly in current version of Photoshop. Thanks!

***Oh and what I forgot to say, you need to have height of document in full view, so file have to be wider than higher so when you use navigator you should move only to left and right, and when you try to move down navigtor goes crazy 😄

I too have this problem. This bug has existed since about CS5.

When the whole document is in view and you drag the red box down to the lower edge, the entire document begins scrolling very quickly to the left. This happens both on Windows and Mac. I am currently on CC 2015.0.1 release.

OK, I can reproduce that in the CC 2015.0.1 release.
Only appears to happen if the image is in a tab, not in a separate window.

OK, this will be fixed in the next major release of Photoshop.
(you caught me waiting for other stuff, so I went ahead and fixed it)
