P: Opening a raw file from Lightroom Photos in the Home Screen won't open as smart-object

Translated:

When I open a Raw file cataloged in LR (Cloud) from the initial interface of PS 2020, it opens correctly in CameraRaw, but even if I then ask to Open the object, no dynamic object layer is open in PS 2020.
Watch the video, sorry, PS is in French.

Important note, if I open the same file from the finder, I click on Open object, I correctly have a dynamic object layer containing the raw file in PS!

I think this is a bug.
Watch the attached video.

TBD - The very next update is complete and will go out shortly, so this one missed that train.
