P: Photoshop 23.2.2 Can't open/update vector smart object in Illustrator

Just today, I updated to macOS Monterey and now I am having problems opening vector smart objects in Photoshop files. If Illustrator is closed, when I double click the smart object (or choose edit contents) Illustrator will launch but the file will not open. 

If Illustrator is open and I try to open the smart object, I get a Mac error window that says "The application "Adobe Illustrator 2022" can't be opened" with a -1703 error code. 

I'm using Photoshop 23.2.1 and Illustrator 26.0.3, which I went back to after seeing the problem first occur in 26.1. 

The computer is iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch 2019  |  3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9  |  macOS Monterey 12.3

Update to Macos Montery 12.3.1 solves the problem.

@sudeshk82649484 Update to macOS 12.3.1 which fixes the issue. It was an Apple bug, so they had to fix it.

Hola, tengo una Imac con  MacOS Monterey y chip m1, la suite de adobe actualizada, photoshop  en su mayoría de veces no me permite guardar ni exportar, cuando quiero abrir un objeto inteligente en photoshop me dice que no se puede abrir illustrator, ya he intentando con versiones anteriores de la suite y ducede los mismo...

Hello, I have an iMac with  macOS Monterey and M1 chip, the Adobe suite updated, photoshop  mostly does not allow me to save or export, when I want to open a smart object in Photoshop tells me that you can not open Illustrator, I have already tried with previous versions of the suite and drive the same .

Notice that the error message has the Finder icon and is from Apple. Update your macOS to 12.3.1, as Apple has come up with the fix.

1. Smart object doesn't work at all. Double click can't open the file in Illustrator.
2. Photoshop freezes when it quits and needs force quit.

Apple has fixed their bug. Update your macOS to 12.3.1.

alguien puede ayudarme a solucionar este error? Ocurre al intentar abrir en Photoshop, un objeto inteligente creado en Illustrator. No sé si el fallo es por parte de Ps o de AI, pero al intentar abrirlo me sale esa ventana y no abre. He investigado qué tipo de error es y no encuentro nada al respecto. He cambiado a versiones antiguas, reinstalando, borrando preferencias, y nada de eso funciona.

I don't know if the error is due to Ps or AI, but when I try to open it I get that window and it doesn't open. I've researched what kind of error it is and can't find anything about it. I have switched to old versions, reinstalling, deleting preferences, and none of it works.
