Good evening,

It's been more than two months since Photoshop installed on my Asus computer (which had worked fine for over 1 year) closes the moment I open any photograph. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, restarted the computer, even canceled an application update to see if it was related to that but nothing. Furthermore, I have generated hundreds of bug alerts via Adobe system without ever having any assistance / response.
I feel like I am paying unnecessarily for a service that I cannot use.

Hi @Gerardo2264215008vj Thanks for submitting a crash report. We've investigating the crashes in this crash bucket and the cards and graphics drivers are from older unsupported models. The engineers would like to see your System Info to determine why the graphics card is not being disabled correctly. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply. Thanks.
