P: Photoshop on iPad keeps crashing after new update

I have been trying to work on a keyframe painting this evening on Photoshop for my iPad, but I cannot because after this new update, of which I was given no warning, Photoshop continues to crash and won't save any progress I have made. It has crashed three times so far and I have not been given the option of the crash report dialog box after any of them. Please answer urgently, my employment literally depends on this device.

I have tried every single troubleshooting method that I have seen: uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing font cache, etc., and it's crashing even faster than it was before. I CANNOT GO WITHOUT THIS. ANSWER ME ASAP PLEASE.

Could you give the team a workflow, what steps you were doing when the crash happend? How did you open a file, what tools or steps you took will be helpful to determine how the issue manifested.

I have open it two way, directly from the app and through creative suite. Started using the drawing tool like a pencil. And the app just shuts down, not saving any of my work

Would you mind providing more specific details about your workflow and when the app crashes?

 

When you mentioned "Started using the drawing tool like a pencil," were you referring to the Brush Tool, or were you using the Apple Pencil? Were you painting on an empty layer? Did you open a new document or were you using an old document? Does it crash if you create a new document too?

 

The more information you can provide, the quicker we can identify and resolve the problem.

I already asked this to another person. Unfortunately they can't. Wish they'd actually test their updates before releasing them. I've seen far too many posts of this happening every single time there's an update.

Please do not take months to fix this issue as I have seen from many similar incidents in the past. I'm certain none of us can afford such an extended period of being unable to work.

Was talking to one of these people in a DM and they're still trying to blame us and claiming that the problem is from a BRUSH when the common denominator is the EYEDROPPER TOOL. It's obvious they don't want to admit that they put out a faulty product.
