P: Pressing the Enter key will not apply after selecting a color with the Color Picker

After sampling a color with the color picker, pressing ENTER used to automatically apply and close the color picker dialog.
Now, with the latest version of Photoshop (Jan 2018 - Adobe Photoshop Version: 19.1.0 20180116.r.238 2018/01/16: 1153018  x64) - this ability is gone!
To apply the chosen color, I must focus back to the color picker dialog with the mouse, and only then will the ENTER key work again.

It's quite an absurd I installed this latest version to fix Photoshop, which is infested with an incredibly huge amount of bugs since the 2018 release, only to find out new bugs have emerged.

See here this bug in action:

Looking forward for you to quickly release a new BUG-FREE version.

This issue should be fixed in the Photoshop CC 2018 (19.1.4) release which is now available.

Please update Photoshop CC 2018 via the Creative Cloud desktop app and let us know if you continue to have any trouble.

Would be also nice if we could pick color from Library panel same way as we can do it with swatches panel.
