Hi there! After latest update I have a model 3 that doesn't work, but a model 1 is available and works, what could be the problem? Is there a way to disable the Firefly selection altogether?

@natalia_randle not sure if I understand your problem, can you post a screenshot of the Photoshop interface with all the pertinent panels opened to highlight the issue

I mean that when I use generative fill in last version of PS , I can choose 1st of 3rd model of Firefly, and 3rd model does not work. Only 1st model works. 3rd gave me an error "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time."

@Sameer K Hey! We checked, the subscription is active. At the time of the charge, the money was on the card. As for the endpoints of the Adobe network, everything remains as it was. Based on the fact that firefly 3 stopped working at the same time, what else could it be related to? I checked in all versions of photoshop and photoshop beta, and this particular model is not working.

For several days I have not been able to use generative fill, this message appears. When switching to Firefly 1, everything works. There is also an error when using RemoveTool with AI enabled.

This error usually happens if Photoshop isn’t fully updated or if the Generative Fill services are temporarily down. Try these steps:
1. Update Photoshop to the latest version.
2. Sign out of Creative Cloud and sign back in.
3. Reset Photoshop preferences.
4. If still not working, test on a different network (sometimes it’s a connectivity issue).
If Firefly works but Generative Fill doesn’t, it’s most likely a temporary server-side issue.

В чем проблема? Почему я не могу использовать полноценно функции фотошопа? Коллега оплатил недавно подписку на пакет, он тоже не может пользоваться генеративной заливкой! Какие-то проблемы на сервере? Хотя уная кисть на базе ИИ, работает великолепно!

Мы решили проблему так: Обновляемся до последней версии Фотошопа, в висящей строке где генеративная заливка появился дополнительный значок. При нажатии на значок появилась возможность выбора системы генеративной заливки. Выбираешь старую систему - все начинает работать. Но увы, это не работает на версиях 2024 года, тк в них нет принудительного выбора версии системы генеративной заливки.
