I guess I have similar problem, but I cannot see your video: It ́s not available in Germany. You can read about my problem here:

Does that sound similar? Maybe those bugs are related.

now I can see your video. I have already seen that bug from another person. Clipping to a group can also massively slow down PS in this current release or, like in your case, cause artifacts.
