Hi Everyone - late yesterday the problem was resolved. If you are still having issues with Gen Fill/Firefly please start a new thread with all relevant details!
Hi - Since today morning I am facing generative fill error in photoshop - "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request" but surprisingly its working in Photoshop BETA.
MAC OS - Sequoia V15.3
Please help on this , its affecting my work.
I have another laptop (windows) as well and in it everything is working fine so both laptops are on same WIFI.
I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the Photoshop forum.
Adobe Photoshop does not have "premium" in its name. There are premium versions of Adobe Express, Adobe Acrobat Reader for Mobile, and Firefly. Can you confirm your application?
In the latest version of Photoshop, I also can't use the Generative Fill / Generative Expand tool. I installed version v25.12 and now I can use this tool.
I think there is a problem with the servers. Adobe is aware of this situation. I was using Photoshop 26. I think the problem is in this version. When I reduced it to 25, the problem disappeared. But they need to fix this problem in 26
I'm haivn the same problem. It says we've encoutnered and error and cannot complete your request at this time. It's on a new imac - and worked fine on my previous one.
It is internal warning in photoshop. Right before the end of the process of generative filling it slows down and the warning shows up. Tried on multiplne different graphic, photos or just simple shapes. Also different documents, with quiting photoshop and restarted system.
PS updated to 26.3 and now AI generate stopped working. Whenever I want to generate, it tries generating but after almost reaching 100% it stops thinking and says "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Thank you for your patience. Please try again later".
I already reinstalled PS but the problem remains.
I also tested internet connection and it works normal.
Also turned off firewall, vpn, virusscanners, and all other internet- or security related settings, but problem still exists.
Good afternoon. Same problem here. It doesn't do anything after thinking for a while. It doesn't matter if I put a prompt or not. Yesterday it worked perfectly.
