P: Save for Web name file - cmd + a not working (macOS Catalina)

Up-to-date PS on up-to-date Mac OS

cmd+a NOT WORKING at save for web file name field from the first release of 2020 until nowadays. 

And please make the filename field to only highlight the name without the extension (it occurs on normal save as, save for web and many other)

I'm having this problem in mid 2020 in the latest versions of Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC on a brand new, up-to-date Macbook Pro running macOS Catalina.
