P: Select Color Range Crashes

When ever I select a color in SELECT / COLOR RANGE and use the shift key to add as I am clicking the image, Photoshop crashes. never happened to me before until this update and it is getting annoying.

I took pictures of our 90 employees, yeah i know, not as many as adobe or others, but all in front of a green screen for use with our website.

been a struggle for each one as it crashes 4 or 5 times before i can get it to work on one person, then it does it again.

Photoshop unexpectedly crashes when using Selection->ColorRange with following settings:

- Select: sampled colors

- Fuziness: 0

- Eyedropper type: add to sample.

The problem occurs when eyedropper is continuously (by pressing and holding the left mouse button) guided over the image.

After few seconds of such guidance the Photoshop application unexpectedly crashes.

This occurs not for all images.

I am going to have to check this out because I have had no issues in Catalina. have not updated this mac to big sur, my others yes, but no adobe on them.
