Hi guys, I would like to know if anyone else still have this issue, with last update (PS 17.0.1 / CC 2015.5.1) it is better however it freezes with further step: Create blank document, create new layer, draw any shape, create new layer, switch to mixed brush, set sample all layers. Paint any shape. Now click on create mask on that layer. CONVERT IMAGE FROM THE RGB PROFILE TO CMYK. Photoshop stop responding.
Anyway it freezes also if you works on an RGB file with mixer brush and you open another CMYK file...
Is quite annoying that after many months, like an age(ice), we can't use mixer brush without be afraid to lose our works. Someone doesn't update PS from version 16.0.1 to avoid this issue...
This is an already known issue that will be solved in the next update?
Thanks,
Luca.

Hi Luca,

I am not able to reproduce the hang using the steps you've provided. Maybe I'm doing things differently. Could you make a video of your steps and post it?
