How's this going? 12 years and still a problem.. when can we start being rude?

This must be a bad joke... It takes 12 years and Adobe still cannot implement a working basic tab switching like practically every other program that runs on windows?

I realized today that Photshop is still switching the wrong tab order, if you rearranged the tabs after opening them. Had this problem in the past, but didn't have time to actually investigate. Now we have 2023 and i just discover the same old issue. SMH...

Anyone taking a look? Is this on the product roadmap? Is there any known workaround via key command remapping?
