P: Wacom pen tool bugs out when moving over Library Panel

Using a Wacom Intuos Pro (medium) and Photoshop CC 2017.0.0 

When using Polygonal Lasso Tool, moving over the Library panel causes tool to freeze in the panel.

4 months later, did your tablet engineers look up at the problem yet? It seems really long to fix a bug that small...

Still a problem in 21.2

Sorry. This one has been on eng backlog because they're rewriting extensibility for panels (CEP > UXP). When that change is made, this issue should be addressed.
