P: Wacom tablet issues with deployments for enterprise - psuserconfig.txt default

Requesting that a PS dev includes the psuserconfig.txt (or a better fix) for implementation during install of photoshop both via CC installer and prepared packages for deployment.

Defined workaround from Adobe: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/tablet-support-faq-photoshop.html

Though this still adds a pain point of management of PS. Requesting that this file is added during install (as the PS install adds folders to your appdata roaming anyways, this should already be a default)

Hey Mike, I don't have a solution presently, other than using 3rd deploy software to place these files in the necessary locations. I will bring this up with my fellow product managers.
