P: When Using Export As, custom shapes are not scaled proportionally

LEGEND ,

I added a rectangle shape with round corners.

When I export as JPEG without any scales it exports a expected, however, when I use Export As and set scale to 0.3, the rectangle corners are not scaled properly.

See attached images.  The one with the very round edges is the scaled one.

Is this a bug?

If not how to scale shapes proportionally?

Thank you for posting. I am able to recreate the behavior on my end. I will work with our engineering team to get this fixed in a future version. For now, as a workaround, simply convert the shape layer(s) to Smart Objects. This will allow you the ability to edit the shape in the future but will also lock in the shape when you go to export.
