Persistent White Box Issue in Photoshop

New Here ,
Jul 17, 2024 Jul 17, 2024

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently encountered a frustrating problem with Photoshop and I’m hoping someone here might have some insights or solutions.

Here’s the issue: every time I open Photoshop, it works fine for about 10 seconds. After that, a white box appears on the screen, and it renders the program completely unusable. Additionally, every time I try to click or perform any action in Photoshop, I hear a sound, but nothing happens. This problem also occurs when I try to paste something or perform similar actions.

I’ve tried restarting the program and my computer multiple times, but the issue persists. I’m running the latest version of Photoshop on a Windows 10 machine. My graphics drivers are up to date, and I’ve even tried reinstalling Photoshop, but no luck so far.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Best regards
