Photo exports with wrong file name

Hello, I am using Adobe Photoshop on Windows 10. When I export a photo, the photo is saved with the wrong photo name. I have tried installing earlier versions of Photoshop, done updates, and reinstalled the latest Adobe Photoshop. I restarted my computer, and I am still having the same problem. Is there a remedy to this bug?

What version of photoshop are you using?

Your using File>Export>Export As or ....?

Can you give an example of the original file name and the name that is exporting as?
