Photoshop 2022 kept getting stuck every time I draw or open another file

So I just updated the Photoshop twice, and I thought the newer update would stop bugging, but apparently it still gets stuck, but to a lesser extent. I'm using the latest Photoshop. Please fix the bugs soon, thanks.

Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Multithreaded Compositing - and restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

OK. Let's disable the GPU completely: Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?
