Photoshop 2022 Workspace Wonky when a new file is opened.

When i open a file in Photoshop 2022 the images have this effect. Note: This is not at all what the image looks like... it looks like its getting residual images from previous projects.

I need to zoom in and out several times for the correct image to appear. 

I'm using a Macbook Pro M1 Max.

Does anyone have this issue and how do i fix it..
