Photoshop 2025 can't access Lightroom, will max out RAM

I'm running Windows 10. My desktop suddenly cannot access Lightroom pix from Photoshop 2025. If I try to, the sidebar menu freezes and Photoshop shoots up to 99% RAM, which efffectively halts my entire pc. If I exit Photoshop it still keeps using the same amount of Ram, and I have to End Task through Task Manager to actually halt it.
Notes:
- The same photoshop account CAN be accessed from a coworkers laptop and is able to load Lightroom photos with no issues.
- Uninstalling Photoshop and the entire Creative Cloud and reinstalling it does nothing.
- Renaming the preferences file does nothing.
- Creating a new user id, logging in on the desktop and then the photoshop account, does nothing.
- Installing an older version of Photoshop does nothing.
- Agent tried running the CC Cleaner app, but it did nothing.
I've gone through 4 help agents, all of who logged in to my pc remotely to "fix" the problem and all of whom could not fix it. They all accidently disconnected me when they failed to fix it, and I had to start over each time with a new agent.
Is there any way to contact a senior technical person at Adobe to troubleshoot this?

Hey, @Beth34122171uv54. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Thanks for adding the video; it helps. Please share the system information from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.
Please test and confirm if the issue exists with Photoshop (Beta). You can get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section. As per the details you've shared, the issue might be isolated to your machine and operating system. Has this started to happen since a recent update on the OS, Photoshop, or Lightroom?
Awaiting to hear from you.
Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K
I did not attach a video?
I have made a text doc of the Photoshop Help>System info but I do not see a way to upload a text doc here?

How do you send pictures from LR to Photoshop? Do you use in LR the "Edit in Photoshop" command?
If it's the same in PS Beta it seems the problem is with Lightroom.
Try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic: How to reset Lightroom Classic preferences (adobe.com)
It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

You've wrote that you reinstalled Photoshop. Do you also reinstalled Lightroom?
If no, please folloe the steps below:
- Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Client and uninstall both Photoshop and Lightroom Classic. When asked, keep preferences!
- Install Photoshop first and then Lightroom Classic. The right order is very important here!
If this doesn't help try the reinstallation with removing the preferences also.

Agree with Axel. The only logical conclusion is that Lightroom is the real problem.
