Your latest updates of Photoshop are causing a freeze-up using the crop tool (tend to use the ratio option)? Very Annoying!
(Have to keep closing application)

I have read a previous issue like this on fixed earlier updates. It mentions turning off GPU to test if it works, YES doing this allows you to at least crop the image.

BUT... why should we need to do this now. Worked fine a month or so ago?

Up to date on all my drivers via Nvidia/intel/ms/.

Hi @ArkRacingLimited, sorry to hear about the issues.

One thing we see is the GeForce GTX960M, has this been updated? When you are in the crop tool, are you deleting pixels on Crop? A screenreording or screenshots of your steps and what you are seeing would really help the team.

One thing to try would be to turn off Comp-core GPU before turning off GPU entirely, did that fix the issue?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

If turning OFF GPU works, it's a GPU bug and you need to contact the manufacturer or find out if there's an updated driver for it.
