One of the worst updates in the recent history of Photoshop.
Performance went right in the garbage. Same issues across multiple different computers with more than sufficient specs, latest NVIDIA drivers, and latest Windows Updates.

Screen flickers when dragging layers, ghosted images left on screen, inverted images after hiding or deleting.
