Photoshop 24.0 does *not* have the option to specify Computer as the default save location

As per subject - despite the advice given in the help files and forums (e.g. https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-starting-in-v-23-1-1-keeps-nagging-me-to-s...), 24.0 (win 11) does not have the option to prevent cloud save-nagging.

Please can this be rewstored - or the documentation updated to show how to do it in 24.0 and beyond!

First thing to try is a preferences reset

If that doesn't help, try uninstalling Photoshop without saving your preferences using the Creative Cloud app and then reinstall

V24 has the default file location option in preferences here.

Can you go to Photoshop's Help > System Info and click copy. Then paste the info here

Hi @chrisy4420919 , With the network connected, can you please try reset preferences and reopen photoshop and see if you are able to get the option in the preference? If the issue is still seen after the above step, then can you share the logs?

I'm seeing the same thing on Mac.  “Default File Location” has been removed from the File Handling preference tab.
