Photoshop 24.1.0 for windows to slow, i want to help

First of all, I apologize for my English, I am getting help from translation to write this. I am using windows10 pro as my operating system windows version. After installing Photoshop to the latest version, version 24.1.0, it is no longer usable. When I want to export my work, it doesn't respond, there is no freezing, just when I select the export option, nothing happens, no window opens, no error, just waiting. I have installed older versions but nothing has changed and the same thing happens with them. I contacted live support and they told me to turn off the video card option, I did it in the performance section and it didn't work, I turned it back on and then again nothing changed. I'm using studio drivers on my rtx video card, I have such a powerful video card but in the latest photshop versions the program has become unusable because it's contracting. If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

@JP Artz  one thing we see is that your memory allocated to PS is ony 43%, it is reccomneded to be set to 70%. Your NVidea driver is also 1 month old and if there is an update you should install it.

Again, let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

Hi all!

I have the same problem on my Dell Precision 5560 with an Intel i7-11850H, Nvidia RTX A2000 and 32gb ram.

This problem occurs on v24.01 and v24.1 but not on 24.0. 

Problems are that with the slichtest change or movement in a PS file the cpu goes to 100% and PS starts to slow down to the point that it isn't possible anymore to edit some simple text.

So the solution for me for now is to keep using v24.0...
