Photoshop 24.5 On Mac - Project File Cannot be Zoomed

Hi 

Im a very experienced Photoshop user and am currently using PS 24.5.0 on a Mac running Monterey OSX 12.6.5.

Im working on alrge file - 12000 x 6000 pixels but sometimes I can't zoom either in or out using CTRL+/- or the magnify galss tool. It's like everything within the file window is frozen and I have to quit and reload again. 

I have the default preferences, and scrubby zoom is enabled. 

Any solutions gratefully received.

Hi @pppeepo Go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check “Disable Native Canvas”. Restart PS.
