Photoshop 24.7 on macOS 13.5.1 not quitting - spindump

Same problem first reported with macOS 13.5, not fixed with 13.5.1

Seeing this with Photoshop 24.7 and Photoshop Beta 25.

Anyone else seeing this?
Have uninstalled and installed again - same issue.
