Photoshop and Finder Repeatedly Crashing on iMac

Hi

I'm working on an iMac using Photoshop and AE, and I'm getting crashes regularly which are really getting in the way of work. Firstly Photoshop (or AE) will crash (unresponsive and spinning coloured wheel) and then Finder crashes as well. I have to then force quite the iMac, and start it back up again to get back to work. This keeps happening.

I 've tried both resetting the SMC and the NVRAM, which don't seem to have made a difference. I recently updated to Ventura OS, but the problem was already happening before this. Any help would be much appreciated!

Can you go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste the details here?

That will help pinpoint any issues.

Have you updated your Photoshop to the latest release?
