Thanks for your intervention.
Problem changing layer settings when opening the
file
Attached is the link to download the requested
file (Wetransfert). The latter was archived on a
BlueRay disc.

(link removed by moderator)

Explanations:
- The files affected by the defect are
exclusively of the type transmitted and produced
with photoshop cs6 in the same period.
- Opening with cs6 gives the same result as with
cc.
- The "layer3" is a copy with fusion of the 9
layers. It shows the image as it was printed.
- By unchecking the "layer3" we see the change
in the settings, which is clearly visible on the
"curves 2" layer (shift towards the light shades
of the black adjustment point)
- Note: the "layer0" must always remain
unchecked, it is the original unmodified image

I cannot repro. The files render identically in CS6 as they do in PS 2023.

I turned off Layer 3 and flattened the documents (once in CS6 and once in 2023), then put the resulting layers into a single PSD with a difference blend mode to show any differences in rendering. The image comes out black meaning they are the same. See file: https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/cc4d0891-2557-4639-499f-9cc0f89d42a6
