Community Beginner ,

Hii, Please help me out

I was designing a brand guide on photoshop for a client and after exporting it into jpg format i closed the photoshop. The file was saved on cloud and now when i'm trying to open the file photoshop says "can't open filename.psdc because it is not compatible with this version of photoshop".

Please help me out because I've worked on the project for hours and i don't want to loose it.

Also when I am downloading the file from cloud it is showing 0kb on file size but on cloud it is showing 60mb of file size.

Please help asap

Thanks in advance

Hi, did you ever get this solved? I've had the same thing tonight. The file was working fine and then suddenly it just crashed and now cant open because it says it isnt compatible. I spoke to an adobe person who took over my screen for awhile and they said the file was corrupted and that was it. I was told to come and look on the community forum for answers.. hoping you found one? Thanks!
