Photoshop crashing whenever I try to upload a photo from the device

whenever I try to upload a photo to photoshop, (even if I do it with open file, open a clear page and try to upload a photo into it, or try to put the photo by sliding) photoshop suddenly crashed. I installed photoshop beta and then deleted it, didn't even use it. Also I haven't even updated the photoshop 2022 that I normally use. but this time when i open it i got a warning that it is not compatible with my mac version. Why did this happen even though I didn't update it? is there any way i can restore photoshop to its old version? I will be glad if you help.

Hi @ashinorma have you started with a preference reset to make sure you are in a stable state?

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

The beta install is completely separate from 2022. How did you uninstall the beta? You mention "then deleted" which is not a clean way to remove.

I uninstall Beta, couldn't find any time to try it, but when I opened it, it warned that the version was not compatible, so I uninstalled. I know they are completely independent of each other. What I'm talking about is that for some reason, this problem started after (install and uninstall) Beta. I uninstalled the Photoshop that I was using and downloaded it from the old versions (which I normally used the new versions before and there was no problem) but it gives the same error as well. I can't use Photoshop right now. I already did the reset you mentioned. I don't know what to do now because my job is on graphic design, I've been trying to fix it since yesterday. Thank you anyway.

Hi @ashinorma something corrupted along the way.

Before we do the nuclear option, what specific error are you getting?

If you are pressed, you can run the CC Cleaner tool to remove everything and then redownload the CC desktop app and do clean installs:

I almost tried everything, read the similar issues from past years etc. I did the recommendtaions but nothing worked so far. And I kinda quit my hopes on that even tho I clear everything and reinstall :< This is the a few part of the report (It's too long so I think it would be weird if I'd just paste all of them, but if you ask i can copy paste as a whole.) I sent maybe 20+ reports to the Adobe...

Yeah I also added my mail address to the reports. I literally uninstall and deleted everything and reinstall. When I installed Photoshop (even literally one of the oldest versions) and it happened again. I have a job appointment on Saturday and I don't know what to say to them, I'm literally desperate now. It's keep saying "Your macOS version is not compatible with Photoshop 2022 and I'm literally using it more than a year. Like what happened all of sudden? And unless I upload a photo, nothing goes wrong. But when I try to do it, it's keep crashing. I don't know what to do anymore, I don't wanna update my macOS because I don't know if it would works well with my device.
