Photoshop file keeps flashing

I have installed Photoshop 2022 and the files I've been working on now keep flashing... It's impossible to work. How can I go back to the older version? I have an essential deadline!!

1. Photoshop 2022

2. Catalina 10.15.7

3. Open a file and when I start to work the file starts to flash

4. I expect the file to be there on screen, no flashing please!
