My PS just freezes for a while whenever I click select subject with the cloud option on. I searched the forum and tried many things, such as resetting all configs, completely reinstalling Adobe CC and PS, changing the image processing to 'More Stable' in preferences. I tried on 2 different PCs, and the same thing is happening.
Hi @Moacir23412000m0o0 How good is your internet connection? How long does it freeze? Does it recover after its done processing? There is an expected delay when you use the cloud option while it processes. This can be exasperated with a slower internet connection.
my internet is very good, 600mb, i tried with wifi and cable, the issue is the same in both. its very random, sometimes it takes upo to a minute, sometimes it takes 10sec. i just clean install my windows 11, and it didnt fixed the problem
