Photoshop keeps crashing after Window 11 install

Photoshop crashes every time I try to open a file. It is the first time this has happen in over 20 years of using the software. It appeared to align with when I installed Windows 11. I have tried reinstalling Windows and reinstalling Photoshop, and the issue persists. So I can effectively not use Photoshop right now, and have not been able to for several days.

I need Photoshop for my work, and if this cannot be addressed, I will have to cancel my subscription and look for alternatives to Adobe, of which there are now many.

@toma53684555 if you can, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste the report in a reply.

Beyond that, try resetting your PS preferences (found under Settings/General) - reinstalling PS doesn't necessarily overwrite bad prefs (unless you chose that option when installing).

Hi @toma53684555 first, your graphics card is over 2 years out of date - try updating that first.

Second you have two GPUs - you can try deactivating the lower powered one as well.
