Photoshop no longer works for me.

Hello, I'm here to report a problem. Photoshop no longer works for me.
It freezes and reports a program error.

The problem is probably due to compatibility with my graphics card, because as soon as I deactivate the GPU in the preferences, the software starts working again.
Unfortunately I can't use it without it.
Even so, I notice that when I close it, it crashes again.
I've tried installing older versions but I'm having the same problem. I don't get it...
I'm forced to use Photoshop Beta to be able to work... fearing that it too will crash.

@Gaël Illustrations what GPU do you have and is the driver up to date, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

Also have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

I notice that by updating the preferences as described in the article, Photoshop works. But as soon as I close Photoshop and reopen it, it crashes again.

@Gaël Illustrations you have dual GPU's in that system, both the Nvidia and the Intel UHD Graphics 770

Also do you use the Game Ready or Studio version of the Nvidia driver, Adobe recommends the Studio version.

Try reinstalling the Nvidia driver and performing a clean install from the Advanced > Custom install options
