Photoshop not working

Hi,

I am having system of config

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.59 GHz
16 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB)

also Photoshop version Photoshop 24.1.1 and Lightroom Classic 12.1

Recently I am unable to use photoshop. Whenever I work on photoshop the system got stuck and it exits photoshop automatically. Sometimes it got stuck for long time. This happens when I open Google chrome and Photoshop both are open simultaneously. So I cut the internet and close chrome and i was able to work basic functionalities. But when I Select Subjct again photoshop is getting stuck. Some times it throws NO MEMORY ERROR. Same things happens in Lightroom as well.. I am unable to select subject using the AI.

Please help.
