I just started to use my new mac mini m2 pro. and photoshop performance just very bad. when i move the canvas or duplicate objects, it become very heavy. In Affinity photo, on the other hand, it works very fast and smooth.

Could it be that Photoshop is not yet optimized for the processor?

Maybe consider resetting the Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults, which you do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences (then closing and reopening the application).
