Shut down and reopen your Mac, it may clear the RAM.
Also, reset the Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences (then closing and reopening the application).
Sending three screenshots of the same error does not help.
What would be helpful is to go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste the details here.
You can also give some context on the file itself - what is the image size? (W/H/Resolution), how many layers, etc. and what are you doing when the error occurs?
You can also try going to Mac OS System Preferences/Security and Privacy and adding PS to Full Disk Access.
1. Click on the "Edit" tab and go down to Preferences.
2. Click "Preferences" and then click "Scratch Disks".
3. Look at the available space on each one.
4. Uncheck all and then check the one with highest avaialble free space. It will most likely be your drive D:\
Always remember that Photoshop needs the minimum of 27GB to run properly. After you do this, close Photoshop and restart your computer. Reopen Photoshop and check to see if the drive with the most memory is checked.
*If this doesn't help then you need to contact Technical Support. Also, do a disk cleanup of drive C.
