PS seems to get stuck at installing brushes. I've deleted most of the brushes, but the next time I start it, they're all back. It also takes forever to close. When I looked in Task Manager, there's a (6) after PS, which I assume means 6 versions are running at once.
I've tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling with no result.
Hi @Cabbrosh Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
Tried resetting Photoshop preferences and it still hangs up on "reading brushes". I'll try going to the help menu/system info if and when PS manages to start.
BTW, the default file settings doesn't have the same lines and circles icon all the other default setting files have. Also, when I start with Alt-shift-control, PS 2022 tries to start.

BTW, Lightroom classic is acting up, too. It starts a bit slowly, and every so often I get a blank screen with "Lightroom not responding". It clears up in a few seconds.
There are a lot of plug ins: several Topaz programs, On One, Nik and Photomatix are the main ones.
It's already set to use the NVidia card. I just set the card to optimal, can't find the sniffer.exe the intructions said to add on the NVidia programs list.
Both programs worked well until an update a few months ago. PS has gotten worse and worse as far as opening and closing. It seems to be fine once it's open.
Should I try opening in regular mode and see if the system info is any different? Even in safe mode, it took 10 minutes to open.
