Photoshop v24.2.0 will not close.

Photoshop v24.2.0 will not close on my Mac, running Monterey 12.5.1.

When I choose to quit the app, it hangs and never actually quits. If I choose to Force Quit, it says the app is "not responding." I can force it to quit with the dialog. 

I've restarted the machine. Same result.

I deleted and reinstalled the app. Same result.

Mac Studio (2022), M1 Max, 64GB RAM
