photoshop

When I open a project file folder in photoshop it now opens folder full frame and no way to minimize, this is a new issue in Beta and regular photoshop. This is not an issue in any other program

Maybe you were using Floating Document Windows?

In Photoshop go to Edit>Preferences>Workspace and uncheck Open Documents as Tabs.

 

Can you post a screenshot of what your seeing?

concerning your first note above under preferences: there is no "work space" listed. This is PS Elements 2025 that I am on.

I click on the blue dot, the spot healing brush group does come up at the
bottom of the toolbar and shortly the PS screen is closed out with all work
gone. That must explain why the tool is called "the undo tool." Totally not
useful.
